New Homes / New Builds
We work with trusted Architects or Designers to design and lodge a consent into the Regional Council for Approval. Once Approved, our team of experienced builders will set you up with a contract for us to build your dream!
Renovations & Extensions
Whether you want a design and renovate package or a simple renovation and/or extension. Our team of skilled builders and designers will undertake any task at hand
Landscaping & Patios
We offer complimentary services to the build such as retaining walls, fencing and landscaping. With our in-house landscape design experts, we can create a plan to get your landscaping completed to suit the house and the surrounding environment
Our process:

We begin with a free consultation to get on the same page and ensure our vision matches your project goals.
Once we’ve agreed on the plan, we’ll sign a preliminary contract. This kicks off the design and planning phase, where we coordinate with architects and planners to start the consent process and initial costing.

Once the final terms are agreed upon, we’ll sign the full project contract. We immediately submit the building consent applications to keep things moving, as we know these approvals can take time. Our goal is to maintain momentum and ensure your build stays right on schedule.

Clear communication and hands-on management are at the heart of our process. Once construction begins, we’ll hold regular progress meetings to keep you fully informed and ready to make decisions if any changes arise. This ensures you have complete visibility, giving you peace of mind that your build is staying on track and within budget.

We maintain strict inspections and quality assurance protocols to ensure every finish meets the highest standards. By documenting everything thoroughly, we turn the Code of Compliance process into a stress-free experience, giving you total confidence as your build reaches the finish line.

After the final sign-off, we’ll hand over the keys and let you celebrate your new home. We want you to be completely satisfied, so if any issues arise within the first year, simply get in touch and we’ll quickly resolve them. Twelve months after your build is complete, we also arrange a scheduled maintenance check to ensure everything remains in top condition.
